We understand that traditional payment options aren’t always the best ones for you. That’s why we offer a variety of payment options including an in-house dental payment plan for patients without dental insurance to give you the peace of mind that your dental health with be taken care of regardless of your coverage. We also work with most major insurance companies and payment forms, and offer convenient payment plans.
Accepted Dental Insurance
Our office accepts most dental plans and is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. Dr. Sam Kleitches is a provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Delta Dental. Insurance policies vary greatly, so we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion must be paid at the time of service. As a courtesy to our patient, we will bill insurance companies for services and then allow them 30 days to render payment. After that time, you are responsible for the remaining balance to be paid in full. If you have any questions, our staff is always available to answer them.
